What is it?
A line that brings information, direction, advice, support and monitoring to take care of any situation that the tourist who visits Baja California demands, opering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The access is by cell phones, conventional or public telephones with state cover and next also from cell phones.
How does it work?
It’s a call center, served by bilingual staff highly qualified and dedicated vocation that supports their performance in the use of the high technology in communications.
It consists of 12 protocols for assistance calls attention and 5 protocols for emergency situations. Those guarantee an effective coordination with the command centers 066 (the equivalent to the 911 of USA) with state cover, to serve emergency situations.
